The Oscar winner who has lived in Watlington for 35 years, last year formed the group the Watlington. Welcome which has been fixing up the two-storey cottage in High Street to make it fit to live in. Archway Green offered their support to David Wilson Southern, and donated turfing and plants to the house. Environmental responsibility is at the heart of Archway Green’s operations. We are committed to implementing sustainable practices across our sites, continually seeking innovative ways to reduce our environmental impact. From waste management to energy-efficient solutions, our approach prioritises resource conservation, emission reduction, and the adoption of greener technologies.

WASTE REDUCTION

Archway Green segregates waste, with up to 90% reused or recycled, and takes a proactive approach to reducing and recycling all waste streams.

Low-Emission Vehicles

Where possible, we are transitioning to electric machinery and vehicles, including cars and mini-excavators, to cut site emissions. Solar-powered eco-welfare units will also reduce generator use by up to 80%.
